Through the concept of “digital fossils,” the speculative project transforms plastic debris into metaphorical, sedimented artifacts that embody both ecological memory and technological mythology. These virtual fossils act as mirrors and maps, reflecting environmental degradation while guiding audiences toward more empathetic visions of marine futures.
ABOUT THE ARTIST
Luca explores the relationships between human perception, technological systems, and living ecosystems in digital media compositions in which images, sounds, data, and physical elements interact as interconnected systems.
