Bettina Pelz

ROLE

Bettina Pelz is web co-editor for this year’s SEE DJERBA edition, jointly with Aymen Gharbi. She is the co-founder of the INTERFERENCE project in Tunis and the SEE DJERBA project in Houmt Souk, jointly with Aymen Gharbi. Since 2015, she has been developing the projects’ online presence jointly with local teams.

BACKGROUND

Since 1996, she has been an internationally active curator with a focus on art-in-context. Her curatorial research and practice are dedicated to light and light-based media as artistic material and medium.
